For certain services, a 50% deposit of the service value is required to secure your appointment. Our team will inform you at the time of booking if a deposit is necessary and provide payment instructions.

This deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to another appointment in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are not present at the salon within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and your spot will be released. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you have canceled, rescheduled, or no-showed an appointment two (2) times, payment in full will be required to book your third (3rd) appointment.
